What we expect from you!

EASE Leadership Program Expectations

Welcome to the EASE Leadership Program (ELP). Being a part of this program is a privilege and not a right! There are certain standards and practices that will need to be upheld in order to gain and maintain your access to this program, as well as the EASE suite as a whole. We will accept a limited number of applicants into the ELP on a quarterly basis. It is important to note that prior acceptance may not influence future acceptance as this is a rolling list of participants that will be reviewed and evaluated.

As part of the ELP, you will be called on as a leader and will be expected to set the right example of what it looks like to be a leader, not only in the suite, but throughout Capital’s campus. The gold standard of leadership is EASE’s expectation of you, which begins with a list of commitments that are required to be adhered to.

COMMITMENTS TO THE ACED LEADERSHIP PROGRAM INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

*Cleaning up after themselves in the EASE Suite

*Regularly taking out the trash in the EASE Suite

*Help enforce and maintain rules/standards of the EASE Suite

*Positive and respectful attitude to staff and others on campus

*Help organize and distribute food items/meals in the EASE Suite

*3.0+ GPA in prior quarter

*No prior behavioral issues at school or in the EASE Suite.

*Be willing to share knowledge and tutor your peers in areas of strength

*Be willing to mentor your peers and welcome new students via tours, introductions, tutorials, etc.

*Be an advocate for ACED/EASE and our mission

*…..LEAD! Set the right example for your peers!
